Tyler McCollum at The Rustic Tap

As some of you know, I am working on a certification through Austin Community College for Music Business Management. More about that at a later date, but what has been really awesome about going back to school and taking classes, is that I get to be around musicians and people who are passionate about the music business. One of my classmates in my Concert Promotion class is the bassist for Tyler McCollum and invited us to their show at The Rustic Tap a couple of weeks ago. I was already going to be in the area photographing another band, so I jumped at the chance to go watch his band play and photograph a few photos.

I enjoyed the show, I haven’t been to a Red Dirt/Texas Country concert in a while, so it was great to attend and hear an awesome sounding band.
