Brian Burke Band- Mardi Gras, Texas Style

Brian Burke played a great set on one of the outdoor stages at Mardi Gras, Texas Style a couple of weeks ago. I’m sure by now, all of you guys know I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this band. They are a great group of guys and every chance I get, I snap some photos of them. Check them out when they are in your area… I CAN’T STRESS THIS ENOUGH, PEOPLE! Yes, I’m using my outside voice! 🙂 Burke also played a solo acoustic set at the Texas Red Dirt Roads Pavilion a bit later in the day. Anyways, enjoy these handsome boys for now! I photographed them this past Friday night opening for Kyle Park, so don’t worry plenty of Burke photo love will be on this blog in the next couple of weeks! Here is another little treat! I love the Burke boys and behind every awesome band is a kick ass tour manager! Here is a photo of Johnny Hanzelka (and Mr. Talent), I call him Johnny Bananas, he’s the Burke boys tour/road manager and he’s pretty legit. Hopefully that’s enough kissing up for a free beer or two next time ;). I kid! But seriously, he’s a great guy and make sure you go and say hi to him at the Merch table!
